What is the Unlimited Wash Membership?
A service the enables you to wash your vehicle unlimited times per month at a lower cost then purchasing singular washes.
How much does it cost to join?
Monthly prices are based on the car wash package you choose. The following months price are based on the car wash package you choose.
Are there long term contracts when I join?
Nope! You can cancel any time. Make sure to cancel at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to avoid a recharge. No contracts & no cancellation fees!
Does the Unlimited Membership charge my credit or debit card on a monthly basis?
Yes. You credit or debit card will be charged every monthly anniversary of your signup date unless you cancel or the charge is declined by the credit processing company.
Do each of the vehicles I own need it's own membership?
Yes. Each car you wish to have unlimited car washes available to needs its own unique account.
How do I cancel my Unlimited Membership?
Option 1: Cancel In Person
Visit Madrona and let the cashier or attendant know you'd like to cancel. They’ll walk you through the process and provide a cancellation confirmation receipt.

Option 2: Cancel Online
Navigate to Madrona's online store page & click on “Manage My Plan.” Enter your information and follow the prompts to cancel. Once completed, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation as well as an email confirming your cancellation.

*Only the commercial plan is available for Uber, Lyft & other similar services. Promo applies to new members only & must be purchased in person to receive. Promo price applies to first monthly only. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods for any Unlimited Wash Plans. Members may upgrade to a different wash plan & pay the difference at time of wash.
